SitRep: New Wheels, New Chair, New Chapter… and the End of Legal THC as We Know It

Family… it’s been a minute.
Life has been throwing punches from every angle, but by the grace of God and the grit He put in my bones, I’m still here — still standing, still rolling, still believing. Let me catch y’all up.
New Wheelchair, New Lift Chair — Finally Some Relief
Your boy finally got the new wheelchair, and brother… what a difference. After months of pain, waiting, appointments, nonsense, runaround — I finally have something that lets me move again without tearing my body apart.
And on top of that, the lift chair came in.
It’s not luxury — it’s survival. When you can’t sleep flat, can’t stand up normally, and your spine feels like it’s filled with broken glass, a lift chair is the difference between functioning and falling apart.
Sleep Apnea Study: Back at It
I’ve got a new sleep study scheduled so I can finally get a machine again. I haven’t had proper sleep in years. Central and obstructive apnea have a way of making every day feel like it’s being lived underwater.
But God’s been carrying me, and I’m taking the steps to get this fixed once and for all.
Lucas’ Business Is LIVE

While I’m going through all this, Lucas has stepped up big time.
He’s officially launching his own business — buying, selling, flipping, moving product, setting up at the market, taking over the booth space, and learning to run things like a grown man providing for a family.
I’m proud of him in a way I can’t even put into words.
Y’all go show him love at the market.
He’ll have the drinks, snacks, gadgets, tools, and novelties — and he’ll have access to Teddy James products through me, privately, like always.

Now Let’s Talk About the Bomb They Just Dropped on the Hemp World
Because brother… what’s coming is bigger than a policy change.
It’s the death of legal hemp-derived THC in the United States.
What They’re Doing

They’re changing the law to limit every single serving of any end-user product to:
0.04 mg of total THC.
Per serving.
Not per gram.
Not per bottle.
Not per gummy weight.
Not per “dry weight basis.”
No.
Per serving of the product sold to the customer.
That means:
No more 10 mg D9 gummies
No more THCA flower
No more D8 vapes
No more D9 drinks
No more HHC anything
No more “any cannabinoid with psychoactive potential”
No more edible packs, no more tinctures, no more moon rocks
No more nothing
Except CBD isolate… that’s it.
That’s what they’re leaving you.
CBD-only.
Everything else? Gone.
This is the biggest restriction ever placed on the hemp industry — and it’s being done quietly, intentionally, and with surgical precision to kill off anything that competes with alcohol, pharmaceuticals, and the people who think hemp is “dangerous” while they pick and choose their own vices without a second thought.
And I’m Gonna Say This Plain
I’ve spent years helping elderly people sleep again, helping veterans stop shaking long enough to eat a meal, helping folks get off opioids without going through hell, helping working men and women deal with pain so they can keep earning for their family.
But somehow my medicine is the problem?
Somehow flower is dangerous…
…but liquor bottles get whole aisles?
…but pills get TV commercials?
…but everyone’s personal indulgences get a pass because they’re “normal”?
Nah. I’m done watching hypocrites call a plant evil while they indulge in everything under the sun.
Hemp saved my life.
And it saved a lot of yours, too.
And now they want it gone.

What This Means for You
If this rule goes through — and every sign points to YES — there will be:
A hard stop.
A full shutdown.
No transition period.
No “just sell what you’ve got.”
Everything becomes non-compliant at the moment of enforcement.
No more legal THC of any kind.
So yes — I’m liquidating what’s left.
And yes — Lucas’ booth will transition to novelty/resale.
And yes — if you need anything, you contact me on Signal now, while I still can help you.
The Fight Isn’t Over
But I’m not sitting down and taking this quietly.
I’ve seen the stories, the healing, the change that hemp brings to real people — my people — and I will scream the truth from the mountaintop every single day God gives me breath.
If they're going to ban it, they're going to do it with all of us watching — not in the shadows.
